दोस्तों SEBI की तरफ 26 मई 2020 को एक प्रेस रिलीज जारी हुआ था जिसमे सभी Pacl निवेशको को सूचित किया था Pacl Ltd ने संपत्तियों की बिक्री कर तीन साल के भीतर निवेशकों को 20 हजार करोड़ रुपये लौटाने के बारे में कोई पेशकश नहीं की थी निवेशकों के रिफंड की जांच परख करने वाली एक उच्चस्तरीय समिति ने मंगलवार को यह बात कही थी इसके जवाब में PACL ने भी Public Notice जारी किया है |

In the matter of PACL Ltd. It has been brought to the notice of the Justice (Retd.) R. M. Lodha Committee (In the matter of PACL Ltd.), that a video is currently being circulated on WhatsApp containing a clipping from a business channel which states that PACL Ltd. has made an offer to pay Rs. 20,000/-crores in three years by sale of properties and that the Committee would revert with a counter offer by 21st June.
The Committee categorically states that no such offer of PACL Ltd. has been currently made to or countered by the Committee.

With reference to public release date 26 may 2020 issueed by SEBI vide PR number 30/2020 in the matter of Pacl Limited it is to inform to the general public that PACL limited submitted one of its Offer to Committee in April 2018 for total INR 20,000 Crores To Be Paid In Three Years in response to Committee’s letter date 16/03/2018 and that currently PACL has not made any offer to Committee being mentioned in press release and that PACL has nothing to do with any video being circulated on whatsapp regarding alleged Offer and that general public is hereby informed accordingly

Pacl ने सार्वजनिक रिलीज की तारीख 26 मई 2020 के संदर्भ में सार्वजनिक नोटिस जारी किया, जिसमें सेबी ने PR नंबर 30/2020 को Pacl Limited के मामले में जारी किया। यह आम जनता को सूचित करना है कि PACL लिमिटेड ने अप्रैल 2018 में समिति को अपना एक प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत किया। समिति के पत्र दिनांक 16/03/2018 के जवाब में तीन वर्षों में कुल INR 20,000 करोड़ का भुगतान किया जाना है और वर्तमान में PACL ने प्रेस विज्ञप्ति में उल्लिखित समिति के लिए कोई प्रस्ताव नहीं दिया है और PACL का किसी भी वीडियो पर प्रसारित होने से कोई लेना-देना नहीं है कथित पेशकश के बारे में व्हाट्सएप और आम जनता को तदनुसार सूचित किया जाता है
