Extensionof last date to view status of/ deficiency in claim applications and making good those deficiencies
The Justice (Retd.) R.M. Lodha Committee (in the matter of PACL Ltd.) (the “Committee”) vide press release dated January 15, 2020 had intimated provision of a facility to view the status of/deficiency in claim applications having claim amount upto Rs. 5,000/-and making good those deficiencieson or before July 31, 2020.
The Committee has now extended the last date for checking the status of such claim applications and/or rectification of deficiencies to October 31, 2020. Investors/applicants whose claim applications were found deficient, are requested tocheck the status oftheir claim applications onlineon www.sebipaclrefund.co.in and rectify deficiencies, if any, in their claimson or before October 31,2020.

पीएसीएल लिमिटेड के निवेशकों के लिये पांच हजार रुपये तक के दावों के आवेदन की स्थिति की जांच करने और फॉर्म में गलतियों को सुधारने की समयसीमा को 31 अक्टूबर तक बढ़ा दिया है। इससे पहले यह समयसीमा 31 जुलाई को समाप्त हो रही थी। सेबी ने एक बयान में कहा कि अब आवेदनों की स्थिति की जांच करने और गलतियों को सुधारने की अंतिम तिथि 31 अक्टूबर, 2020 तक बढ़ा दी गयी है। निवेशकों के लिये अपने दावे के आवेदन की स्थिति देखने का पोर्टल 24 जनवरी से चालू हो गया है।

Public Notice for status of Pacl refund
Status of payment to investors/ applicants of PACL Ltd. The Justice (Retd.) R.M. Lodha Committee (in the matter of PACL Ltd.) has as on date, successfully effected refunds to 9,71,565 investors in PACL Ltd. (with claims upto Rs. 8,000/-) aggregating to Rs 268.47 crores .The Committee had, after effecting payment to 8, 35,334 eligible investors in PACL Ltd. having claim amount upto Rs. 7,000/-,initiated the process of payout to investors having claim amount between Rs. 7,001/-and Rs. 8,000/-and has effected payment to 1,36,231 such eligible investors

sebi PACL refund status 2020 The Justice (Retd.) R.M. Lodha Committee ने सफलतापूर्वक 8,000 रुपये तक के दावों के साथ 9,71,565 निवेशकों को 268.47 करोड़ रुपये के रिफंड को प्रभावित किया है, एक अलग बयान में नोट किया गया है।
समिति ने 8.35 लाख से अधिक का भुगतान करने के बाद पात्र निवेशकों को 7,000 रुपये तक की राशि का दावा करने के बाद 7,000 रुपये से 8,000 रुपये के बीच दावा राशि के साथ निवेशको 1,36,231 के भुगतान को प्रभावित किया है।

ऐसे कितने सा़लो मैं दोगे सबको पैसा ये प्रक्रिया सही नहीं है जनता को बेवकूफ बनाया जा रहा है। यदि सरकार पैसा दिलाना चाहती हैं तो इस प्रक्रिया को बदलो ओर जनता की समस्या राज्य मे बाटे जिसका फार्म सही है उसका पैसा भेजे गलत को मैसेज करे हमारा पैसा हमें दो। पहले काफी देर हो गई है लगता हैं हमारी हालत कोर्ट के केस जैसी हो गई तारिख ही मिल रही हैं पैसा नहीं सरकार इस मामले को जल्दी सुलझाएँ हमे हमारा पैसा दिलाए बहुत समय हो गया।

सरकार का रवय्या बेहद खराब है जनता भुखमरी की कगार पर है सरकार को चाहिये कि अपनी जनता की हर्संम्भव मदद करे पी.ए.सी.एल. से जनता का समस्त पैसा अतिशीघ्र वापस दिलाये !
