Sebi on Tuesday asked investors of PACL Ltd, having claims of up to Rs 5,000, to check status of their application and rectify errors in the form by July 31 so that the regulator can initiate the refund process for them. PACL REFUND 2020

The last date for checking the status of applications and rectification of errors is July 31, 2020, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) said in a statement
The regulator, in January, had said that over 3.81 lakh investors, having claims of up to Rs 5,000, have been paid. However, certain applications could not be processed further on account of one or more errors in the application form
In December 2015, Sebi had ordered attachment of all assets of PACL and its nine promoters and directors for their failure to refund the money due to investors
In an order on August 22, 2014, Sebi had asked PACL, its promoters and directors to refund the money

भारतीय प्रतिभूति एवं विनिमय बोर्ड (सेबी) ने पीएसीएल लिमिटेड के निवेशकों से कहा है कि अगर उन्होंने 5,000 रुपये तक का दावा किया है तो अपने आवेदन की स्थिति जांच लें । इसमें कोई गलती है तो उसे 31 जुलाई तक सुधार लें ताकि रिफंड प्रकिया की शुरुआत की जा सके। अपने दावे की आवेदन की स्थिति देखने के लिए ऑनलाइन पोर्टल पर जाएं, जो 24 जनवरी से ही परिचालन में है।
सेबी ने अपने बयान में कहा है कि आवेदन की स्थिति जांचने और किसी गलती में सुधार की आखिरी तारीख 31 जुलाई 2020 है। PACL ने निवेशकों से कृषि और रियल एस्टेट कारोबार के नाम पर पैसे जुटाए थे। सेबी ने पाया कि 18 साल की अवधि के दौरान इलीगल कलेक्टिव इन्वेस्टमेंट स्कीम के जरिए इस कंपनी ने 60,000 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की राशि जुटाई थी। रिटायर जज जस्टिस आर एम लोढ़ा की अध्यक्षता में एक कमेटी बनाई गई जो PACL के निवेशकों के रिफंड का प्रबंधन करती है।
PACL REFUND 2020 3.81 लाख से अधिक निवेशकों के दावे का भुगतान
सेबी ने जनवरी में कहा था कि 3.81 लाख से अधिक निवेशकों के 5000 रुपए तक के दावे के रिफंड का भुगतान हो चुका है. हालांकि, रिफंड के आवेदन में कुछ गलतियों की वजह से कुछ आवेदनों की प्रोसेसिंग नहीं हो पाई थी। कंपनी को आदेश की तारीख से तीन महीने के भीतर योजनाओं को बंद करने और निवेशकों को पैसा वापस करने का निर्देश दिया गया था
